Registration fee is $450.
- Registration fee covers all conference fees including meeting sessions and meals plus shuttle transportation between the conference hotel and the meeting location. The registration fee does not cover travel, hotel, or any other incidentals.
- Participants are responsible for reserving a room at InterContinental Houston at the conference rate and for arranging transportation to and from the airport.
- Please register and reserve your room by March 20 in order to be guaranteed a room at the hotel.
- Cancellations prior to March 31, 2023 will be refunded minus service fees.
- Registration is restricted to arts and sciences deans from AAU member institutions.

Please note we have reserved a block of rooms at the InterContinental Houston-Medical Center (6750 Main St, Houston, TX 77030) for a special rate. You will need to make your own individual reservation. The link below includes our special hotel reservation Rice University rate. The block of rooms and the rate are only guaranteed by the hotel until March 20 so please make your reservation as soon as possible in order to secure a room.
Suggested arrival time to Houston is before 4:00 pm. Please allow approximately one hour to travel from the airport to the InterContinental Houston-Medical Center Hotel.
There are two airports in Houston (Houston Hobby Airport and Bush Intercontinental Airport). Houston Hobby Airport is closer to the hotel, but Bush Intercontinental Airport has more flight options.
